Our objective is not only to build a great company but to create dedicated brand recognition in the markets we serve. Our branding is manifested through our signage, color schemes, landscaping, mantra signs, state-of-the-art business centers, beautifully appointed models, high tech gyms, electronic gating system, designer like interiors and fixtures and not least of which, our dedicated staff who are obsessed with excellence.
Our team members, from our Executive VP to porters get quarterly orientations about our mission, our values, our business model and our expectations. We train our team on everything from leasing techniques, marketing strategies, customer service, Fair Housing Laws to preventive maintenance and time management. Each staff member hired at Blue Magma attends the 'Blue Magma University' which includes one on one training and directions of up to one week at the 'Blue Magma Training Lab' and is closely monitored thereafter, for a 30 day period to ascertain effectiveness of training and performance.
We have rigorous regional inspections of our properties weekly, monthly & quarterly all of which are conducted by our managers, our VP's as well as our owner. We inspect everything from our rent ready units, leasing files, Fair Housing compliance, our models, employee appearance, cleanliness of breezeways, cleanliness of gym & business centers to how the pool & club house bathrooms look and smell.
To summarize, we never rest on our laurels.
